Maureen Galvin, the name says it all

As a friend and a teacher, you are 10 feet tall

The music, the dancing, the fun and the laughter,

Are treasures we’ll all have for ever after.

Sometimes we giggle and sometimes we forget

So when we’re up on the stage is when you must fret

But on Monday nights when our practice is finished,

Shannonside's 4-hand Reel team is competing for a medal!

The Feis begins at 8:30. We will probably not dance until 9:30 or so. We are dancing in Comp #8799 on Stage 6. There is no fee to enter the armory.

Re-dedication of the award winning span and the life of Col. Patrick O'Rorke.

There will be a get-together at the Pelican's Nest after the event. Barry's Crossing will be performing and a special "era" menu will be available.

John Knox Presbyterian Church Desert

If you remember, there was a desert at John Knox the night we danced there.  Several people wanted the recipe and here it is thanks to my neighbor, Wilma! 

 

 

1 can pie filling (I used Lite Cherry)

> 1 can sweetened FF condensed milk

> 1 can crushed pineapple (juice and all)

> 1 8 oz Lite cool whip

Hi All! > I'm fine and I miss you all! > I was moved to the Al Sigl center location after being at the high school/middle school campus for 8 years and my caseload changed from 12 to 21 year olds to 7 to 12 year olds. Big difference! Plus, we've had lots of new paperwork expectations placed upon us because of the scrutiny on agencies that bill Medicaid. And I find myself staying late at work most nights - and quite late some nights. I just haven't been able to drag myself away from home...

Congratulations to Mary O'Conner who is a proud Grandmum!  Kevin & Amy had their 1st child Wednesday at 4 p.m. A girl, Cara Elizabeth 6 lbs 14 ozs 20 inches :-)
